Order, Payment, Shipping & Delivery Policy
Introduction
At Globa Grid, we are committed to providing a transparent, reliable, and professional purchasing and service experience for both individual customers (B2C) and business clients (B2B). This policy outlines the terms and conditions governing order placement, payment processing, shipping, and delivery for products purchased directly from us and services related to product sourcing, factory sourcing, wholesale procurement, logistics support, and custom manufacturing.
By placing an order or confirming a service engagement with Globa Grid, you agree to the applicable terms outlined below, together with our Privacy Policy and Return & Refund Policy. These terms are subject to applicable laws and regulations of Bangladesh and, where relevant, the agreed terms of international transactions.
1. Order Policy
1.1 Order Placement
Customers may place orders through our official website, authorized communication channels, or other sales channels designated by Globa Grid.
Before placing an order, customers are responsible for reviewing the product description, specifications, quantity, price, availability, applicable delivery charges, estimated delivery time, and any other relevant conditions.
Customers must provide accurate and complete information, including their name, contact number, delivery address, and any additional information required to process the order.
1.2 Order Confirmation
An order submission does not automatically guarantee acceptance. An order will be considered confirmed when Globa Grid communicates acceptance through an appropriate confirmation method, such as a phone call, SMS, email, website notification, or written business communication.
Globa Grid may contact the customer to verify order details, confirm product availability, clarify specifications, or validate payment information before processing the order.
If a product is unavailable, incorrectly listed, or cannot be supplied under the stated conditions, we will inform the customer and, where applicable, discuss available alternatives or refund arrangements.
1.3 B2C Retail Orders
For retail purchases, the customer should verify the product's features, size, model, color, quantity, price, warranty information (if applicable), and delivery terms before confirming the order.
Product images are provided for illustrative purposes. Actual product appearance, packaging, or minor specifications may vary where reasonably disclosed, provided the product is not materially different from what was agreed or advertised.
1.4 B2B, Wholesale, Sourcing, and Manufacturing Orders
Business-to-business transactions may require a formal quotation, purchase order, pro forma invoice, service agreement, or other written confirmation.
Depending on the project, the parties should confirm the following in writing before proceeding:
* Product specifications, materials, quality standards, and approved samples, where applicable.
* Supplier or factory details, quantity, minimum order quantity (MOQ), and unit pricing.
* Customization, branding, packaging, labelling, and inspection requirements.
* Sourcing or service fees, production lead time, and estimated shipping schedule.
* Payment milestones, shipping arrangements, insurance, customs responsibilities, and delivery terms.
* Applicable Incoterms or other agreed allocation of shipping risks and costs, where relevant.
Custom manufacturing, supplier procurement, and international sourcing may require additional lead time and advance coordination. Estimated timelines are not guaranteed unless expressly agreed in writing.
1.5 Product Availability and Pricing
Prices, stock levels, quotations, and delivery estimates may change due to supplier availability, exchange-rate fluctuations, transportation costs, taxes, or other relevant factors.
The applicable price and scope of supply will be communicated before the customer commits to the purchase or service engagement. If a material change is required after an order has been placed but before it is accepted or fulfilled, Globa Grid will notify the customer and seek confirmation where appropriate.
No additional charge should be imposed without a valid basis and the customer's required consent, except where otherwise permitted by applicable law or an agreed contract.
1.6 Order Modification and Cancellation
Requests to change an order's quantity, specifications, address, or other details must be submitted as early as possible. Changes are subject to product availability, order status, supplier arrangements, and operational feasibility.
For B2C orders, cancellation requests made before dispatch may be accepted where operationally possible. Once an order has been dispatched, delivered, or otherwise progressed beyond the applicable cancellation stage, cancellation and refund eligibility will be governed by our Return & Refund Policy and applicable law.
For B2B orders, cancellation or modification will be governed by the accepted quotation, purchase order, service agreement, and applicable law. Where procurement or custom production has already begun, any recoverable non-refundable costs must be supported by the agreed terms and applicable law.
Globa Grid may cancel an order if the product is unavailable, payment cannot be verified, material order information is inaccurate, or fulfillment is prevented by circumstances beyond our reasonable control. Where payment has already been received, any applicable refund will be handled in accordance with the Return & Refund Policy and applicable law.
2. Payment Policy
2.1 Accepted Payment Methods
Depending on the transaction and availability, Globa Grid may accept the following payment methods:
* Cash on Delivery (COD), where offered.
* Mobile financial services, including supported bKash or Nagad payment channels.
* Bank transfer or bank deposit.
* Debit or credit card payments through supported payment gateways.
* Other payment methods expressly approved by Globa Grid in writing.
Available payment methods may vary by product, delivery location, order value, and transaction type.
Customers should make payments only through official payment channels communicated by Globa Grid. We will never require a customer to disclose their mobile banking PIN, card PIN, account password, or one-time password (OTP) to receive or confirm a payment.
2.2 B2C Payment Terms
For retail orders, payment may be made in advance or through COD where available and permitted.
For prepaid orders, processing may begin after the payment has been received and verified. COD orders remain subject to order confirmation and the availability of the COD service for the relevant location and product.
Any applicable delivery charge or other disclosed fee will be communicated before the customer confirms the order.
2.3 B2B Payment Terms
For sourcing, wholesale, logistics, and custom manufacturing projects, payment terms will be agreed individually and documented in the relevant quotation, invoice, purchase order, or service agreement.
Depending on the project, payment arrangements may include:
* An initial sourcing or service fee.
* An advance payment for supplier procurement or production.
* Payments at agreed production or service milestones.
* A balance payment before dispatch, shipment, or delivery.
* Separate payments for freight, inspection, warehousing, customs clearance, insurance, or other agreed services.
There is no universal advance-payment percentage applicable to all B2B projects. The amount, timing, and conditions of each payment will be confirmed in writing before the relevant commitment is made.
2.4 Payment Verification and Receipts
An order or service will not be treated as paid until the relevant payment has been successfully received and verified, subject to applicable payment-system rules.
Customers should retain transaction IDs, bank receipts, invoices, and other payment records. If a payment is deducted but the order is not confirmed, the customer should contact Globa Grid with the transaction reference and relevant order details.
Globa Grid will provide an invoice, receipt, or payment confirmation where applicable.
2.5 Currency, Banking Charges and International Transactions
For international sourcing or procurement, quotations may be issued in an agreed currency. Currency conversion rates, bank charges, transfer fees, intermediary charges, and other applicable costs will be communicated or allocated in accordance with the agreed transaction terms.
Where exchange rates or supplier prices change before a quotation is accepted or an order is committed, the revised price may need to be confirmed before proceeding.
Import duties, VAT, customs clearance fees, and other government-imposed charges will be handled according to applicable law and the written agreement between the parties.
2.6 Failed, Duplicate or Incorrect Payments
If a customer makes a duplicate payment, pays an incorrect amount, or experiences a payment failure, the customer should notify Globa Grid promptly and provide the relevant transaction details.
Verified excess or duplicate payments will be reviewed for adjustment or refund, subject to payment-provider procedures and applicable law. Refunds will be processed through an appropriate method, which may depend on the original payment channel.
3. Shipping & Delivery Policy
3.1 Domestic Delivery in Bangladesh
Globa Grid arranges domestic delivery through available couriers, logistics, or delivery partners, depending on the product and destination.
Delivery timelines and charges may vary based on the delivery address, product availability, parcel weight and dimensions, handling requirements, courier service, weather, public holidays, and other operational factors.
The estimated delivery time and applicable delivery charge will be communicated before order confirmation, where reasonably possible. For advance-paid domestic e-commerce orders, Globa Grid will comply with applicable delivery deadlines and requirements under the laws and digital commerce rules in force in Bangladesh.
3.2 International Shipping and B2B Logistics
For international sourcing, wholesale, and manufacturing orders, shipping arrangements may include air freight, sea freight, consolidated cargo, supplier-to-warehouse delivery, warehouse-to-destination delivery, or other agreed logistics solutions.
International delivery schedules depend on factors such as:
* Supplier processing and production time.
* Product inspection, packing, and dispatch readiness.
* Freight availability and transit time.
* Export documentation and customs procedures.
* Import clearance, destination requirements, and local transportation.
Production lead time and transportation time are separate stages. Any timeline provided before supplier confirmation, dispatch, or customs clearance is an estimate unless expressly guaranteed in writing.
3.3 Shipping Charges and Additional Costs
Shipping charges may be calculated using actual weight, volumetric weight, shipment volume, product category, destination, transport method, and other applicable factors. For B2C orders, the delivery fee and any additional charges known at the time of order confirmation will be disclosed to the customer.
For B2B shipments, the parties should agree in writing on freight costs and responsibility for customs duties, VAT, clearance fees, inspection, insurance, warehousing, port charges, and destination handling. Charges not included in the original quotation should be communicated and approved as required under the agreement and applicable law.
3.4 Delivery Address and Customer Responsibilities
Customers must provide a complete and accurate delivery address, a valid contact number, and any necessary delivery instructions.
Customers should ensure that an authorized recipient is available to receive the shipment. If delivery fails because of an incorrect address, unavailable recipient, or other circumstances attributable to the customer, additional redelivery or return charges may apply only where properly disclosed, agreed where required, and permitted by law.
If a delivery failure is attributable to Globa Grid or its delivery arrangements, the matter will be addressed in accordance with the agreed terms, our Return & Refund Policy, and applicable law.
3.5 Delays and Circumstances Beyond Our Control
Delivery may be delayed by severe weather, transport disruptions, public holidays, supplier delays, customs inspections, regulatory requirements, port congestion, or other circumstances beyond Globa Grid's reasonable control.
If we become aware of a material delay, we will make reasonable efforts to inform the customer and provide an updated estimate. Nothing in this policy excludes any rights or remedies that customers may have under applicable law.
3.6 Damaged, Missing or Incorrect Deliveries
Customers should inspect delivered products as soon as reasonably possible. If a product arrives damaged, incomplete, or different from the confirmed order, the customer should contact Globa Grid promptly and provide the order number, a description of the issue, and supporting photographs or other relevant evidence where available.
Globa Grid will review the claim and determine the appropriate remedy under the Return & Refund Policy, the applicable agreement, and relevant law.
For B2B shipments, responsibility for loss or damage during transit will depend on the agreed shipping terms, applicable Incoterms (where used), insurance arrangements, carrier conditions, and applicable law. Customers should follow any agreed inspection, notification, and claims deadlines.
3.7 Undelivered Orders and Refunds
If an order cannot be delivered, Globa Grid will review the circumstances and communicate the available next steps, which may include redelivery, return to sender, cancellation, or a refund where applicable.
Any refund for an undelivered order will be handled in accordance with our Return & Refund Policy, the agreed transaction terms, and applicable law.
3.8 Transfer of Risk and Delivery Confirmation
For B2C orders, delivery is considered completed according to the applicable delivery arrangement and legal requirements.
For B2B shipments, the transfer of risk, responsibility for insurance, and delivery obligations will be determined by the written contract and agreed shipping terms, including any applicable Incoterms. Customers should retain delivery confirmations and relevant shipping documents for their records.
4. Policy Updates and Contact Information
Globa Grid may update this policy from time to time to reflect changes in our business operations, services, payment methods, logistics arrangements, or applicable legal requirements. The updated version will be published on our website with its effective date. Changes will not override rights or obligations that have already arisen under an existing agreement or applicable law.
